music
Music was my initial and greatest passion I pursued. It taught me invaluable lessons about organization and strategy. I developed my own brand, and routinely gathered people to witness my performances. As a musician, my ultimate goal was to foster inclusivity and bring joy to those who listened. Though I retired from using the microphone some time ago, my love for music remains intact. Songwriting played a significant role in my decision to pursue copywriting, as it allows me to infuse my work with emotion and relatability.

The single cover for my best performing release titled 'All Again' which did 1.5 million + plays over multiple platforms, and continues to live on through others.
A photo of a show I put together called 'the moving day show'. It was a symbol of my leveling up in the music space. 200+ people had attended, I partnered with a local thrift business to use their outdoor space. I used a U-Haul as my trusted carriage, and a generator to power our gear. This event also served as my senior project. This solved my problem of being too young to perform at venues during the time.

My first press photo, I sent this out to the blogs that wrote articles about my first full length LP.

ACTION SHOT - A performance at the beloved Star Theater! I watched many of my inspirations perform here early on in their careers, so it was an honor to stand on the same stage.

THE ARTIST IN ACTION! This is an on set photo of my first professionally produced and directed music video by the title 'PUFFY', a single I wrote and released during college (the best and worst of times).

As I stated, my goal was always to generate smiles and create fun spaces for everyone alike. I never left anyone left out. I achieved this time and time again, and that was the greatest reward in all my journey through music.

Another on-set image from the 'PUFFY' video. I spent my entire savings to get this done. I worked every weekend at a ramen spot to save cash. Of course, the money was well spent, on the friends we made along the way.

ACTION SHOT - A perfromance at Portland, Oregon's very own Roseland Theater.

'My Sister Is My Michael Jordan' - this is the cover of my first full length project. I recorded this whole project in a month. The bathroom of my high school home served as recording studio. I used what I had and poured my heart into the experience. You don't get to do that often so I'm glad I did.

"Can I Rap To You?" the most nerve racking question a sixteen year old aspiring to be a rapper could ask. I asked my greatest idol at the time, Kevin Abstract. He'd just put on one of the best shows I'd been to. Although I stumbled over words and trembled through the whole thing, he SAW me, and that's what really mattered. He also put me on VICE TV.
I still produce and record music in my down time, but it’s become a hobby rather than a career I strive for. I’m content in that, because it fuels my resolve in other endeavors.
